I was once exactly where you are: wanting to eat healthier but not spend hours in the kitchen, regain my vitality and clear mind, achieve general wellness and start the road towards a long, fulfilling and happy life I would enjoy. I never found the time or the resources until life found them for me.
I got sick.
It was a blessing in disguise. Doctors could not give me the “magic pill” that would get me back on track so I started a journey to find the solutions I so desperately needed.
I got certified as a Life and Nutritional Health Coach, traced back my family’s natural teachings and read countless papers.
