CHIMICHURRI – Traditional Argentinean herb sauce for grilled veggies or crusty bread
INGREDIENTS
1 cup flat-leaf parsley
3 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS
-Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
-Mix everything except the oil in a bowl.
-Slowly whisk in the olive oil until well combined.
-Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
NOTES
May be refrigerated for up to a week but make sure to always use at room temperature
